Etsy Orders: Shipping rates, delivery times, and return windows are subject to Etsy’s standard policies and our official shop terms on the Etsy platform.
TikTok Shop & Shopee: For domestic orders within Thailand, shipping and return procedures will follow the respective platform's automated system.

Shipping Policy

Regardless of the platform, we prepare and dispatch all coffin-shaped palettes within 1-3 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier services. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
Dusk & Bones is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shade selection
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
Please perform a patch test before use.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
